
For almost 3 years both Kiss Marketing and Kiss Online Marketing have worked closely with the team at Pleasurewood Hills, part of the CDA group.
Back in 2007 we created and implemented an online group booking system for ticket sales which, was of immediate benefit to both customers and PWH staff. The system generated a huge catchment of email addresses through online bookings. Now with this added to the success of the recently launched new website designed by Kiss, a database of 20,000 addresses has been generated for use in current email marketing campaigns. It is interesting to note that Pleasurewood Hills has the second highest rate of Internet bookings in the entire CDA group of companies - the highest being Parque Asterix in Paris.
This year we have introduced an online communications plan for email marketing campaigns over the summer season. Regular mailers are sent, focusing on forthcoming events at the park and any special offers, along with a selection of pro-active good-weather mailers' which are sent out to highlight imminent hot weekends.
The main benefit of allowing us to manage these communications is that Pleasurewood Hills staff are free to concentrate on activities in the park. So far this year the campaign results are already showing a large amount of click throughs to the online booking system and the summer has only just begun!
Most recently we have been commissioned by Pleasurewood to design and build a complete new online booking and park entrance system which will be ready in time for the Halloween week opening. Watch this space for further news of this exciting new project.
We are particularly pleased with the wide range of online services and strategic communications that we at the Kiss Group now provide for Pleasurewood Hills and very much believe we have only just begun to scratch the surface of the marketing opportunities available to the region's number one theme park.
