‘Serendipity’ is one of our favorite words at Kiss Online Marketing - it means ‘the discovery of something fortunate’. Our custom online solutions are a bit like that.

Sometimes, a small investment in web-based software design is all it takes to make far more efficient use of the potential hidden in existing databases and information systems. You may not even be aware of the possibilities - but by working closely with our clients, part of our role is to spot these opportunities and provide integrated solutions.

For example, The Norfolk Water Company use software designed by one of our senior developers to offer its clients an automated email service, reminding them when their next routine water delivery is due. Users are added to the system by Norfolk Water and an automated email is sent asking if the user has a delivery requirement. By simply clicking on a button within the email, clients can place or decline their next order of water. This system is saving Norfolk Water up to 1000 telephone calls per month and the equivalent of half a salary.

And recently, we've created a full online Health and Safety reporting system for a major international client with a global interest in the oil industry and over 1500 employees. Full incident tracking can be entered worldwide at more than 20 locations by local operators. The system offers full management reporting and tracking of the health and safety of its employees across 16 operating companies.

Of course, by their very nature, all our custom solutions are different but they all have one thing in common, they all wring the last drop of value out of available data.
